This Privacy Policy explains how ATLAS ("ATLAS", "we", "us", "our"), operated by ТОО «Atlas Business» (BIN 04354354), Almaty, Auezov 234, collects, uses, and protects your personal and business data when you use the ATLAS application and website.

Account data: email address, name, phone number, password (stored hashed), and organization/store details you provide when registering.

Business data: the data you create while using ATLAS — products, sales and receipts, inventory and stock movements, suppliers, clients, employees, transactions, and financial records.

Usage data: feature usage events, session information, device and app version, and approximate diagnostics, collected for product analytics and stability.

Payment data: handled by the app stores (Apple, Google) and Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record, for web purchases. We do not store full card numbers or payment credentials.

• To send transactional messages and push notifications (account, billing, security, order events)
• To improve the service through analytics and diagnostics

We rely on the following processors to operate ATLAS:

• Google Firebase (Google Cloud) — authentication, database, and file storage
• Supabase — database and backend data storage
• Railway — backend application hosting
• PostHog — product analytics
• Expo — push notification delivery
• Intercom — customer support chat on our website and in the app
• Apple App Store and Google Play — app distribution and in-app purchases

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.

Your data is stored with our cloud providers (Google Cloud / Firebase and Supabase). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive data.

Access to data is scoped by organization and role: users can only access the data of organizations they belong to, according to the permissions assigned to them.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (for example, tax and accounting records).

Business data within an organization that is shared with other members may persist in that organization after you leave it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

On our website we use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics (PostHog) to understand usage. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data to third parties.

ATLAS is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
